The 23rd International Congress of Nutrition (IUNS-ICN 2025) concluded in Paris, marking a major milestone in the global nutrition community. The Congress brought together almost 4000 delegates from around the world to share research, innovations, and insights on advancing nutrition science and policy.
Over several days, participants engaged in plenary sessions, special lectures, scientific symposia, and poster presentations, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange across disciplines. The Congress also featured cultural events, including a gala dinner and guided tours of iconic Parisian landmarks, blending science with community and culture.
Organised by the French Society of Nutrition (SFN), the French Federation of Nutrition (FFN), and the Federation of European Nutrition Societies (FENS), the event received praise for its high-quality scientific programme, engaging discussions, and exceptional organisation.
Looking ahead, the 24th IUNS-ICN will be hosted in Vancouver, Canada in 2029, organised by the Canadian Nutrition Society. The next Congress promises to continue this tradition of fostering global dialogue, innovation, and collaboration in nutrition science.
