Supported by the Spanish Nutrition Society, the 43rd International Symposium on Diabetes & Nutrition will take place from 15 to 18 June 2026 in Montbrió del Camp (Tarragona, Spain). This annual meeting, organized by the International Diabetes and Nutrition Study Group (DNSG), a reference group of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD), will gather leading scientists and clinicians from Europe and around the world to share new research and insights in the field of diabetes, nutrition and metabolism.
The scientific programme will include plenary lectures, panel discussions, debates, oral communications, and poster presentations, covering a wide range of topics such as precision nutrition, metabolic flexibility, Omic’s sciences, polyphenols and diabetes, diet in diabetes prevention and management, diabetes and sarcopenia, clinical nutrition, ultra-processed food and novel therapeutic strategies for obesity, diabetes and metabolic disorders, dietary recommendations.
Participants are encouraged to submit abstracts presenting new research related to any aspect of diabetes, metabolism, and nutrition. Abstract submission and details about special sessions, including the special “Science & Rhythm” session, are available at: https://dnsg2026.com/science-rhythm/.
