The SDG2 Advocacy Hub, in partnership with the Global Network Against Food Crises, will host a virtual dialogue on 2 February 2026 at 14:00 CEST titled “Catalysing urgent action to address food and malnutrition crises.” This free online event will bring together UN agencies, civil society, policymakers, donor partners, and frontline governments to review global food insecurity trends and identify coordinated, evidence‑based solutions.
Discussions will focus on pairing emergency responses with long-term resilience-building, aiming to prevent famine, reduce malnutrition, and strengthen food systems. The dialogue reflects the SDG2 Advocacy Hub’s commitment to achieving SDG 2: Zero Hunger by 2030, facilitating collaboration and action across sectors to address immediate and structural food crises.
