The IUFoST World Food Congress 2026 will be held in Hong Kong from 25–29 October 2026, bringing together scientists, technologists, policymakers, industry leaders, and early‑career professionals from around the globe. Organised by the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST), this flagship event highlights the pivotal role of food science and technology in shaping resilient and sustainable food systems.
Over five days, participants will engage in a multidisciplinary programme covering sustainable food safety, functional foods and human health, innovative processing technologies, regulatory science, and revitalisation of traditional food knowledge. The Congress provides a dynamic platform for scientific exchange, networking, and collaborative problem-solving to tackle pressing global food challenges.
All submitted abstracts and registrations will be honoured, ensuring continuity and broad participation.
